Return & Refund Policy.
If a piece doesn't feel right, you have seven days from delivery to send it back.
How it works
Write to orders@efurnmart.com within seven days of receiving the piece. Tell us your order number and why you'd like to return it. We'll arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within five working days of the piece reaching us in its original condition. For commissioned or bespoke pieces, returns are case-by-case.
Damage in transit
Photograph the piece on arrival, before unboxing, and within 48 hours if there's damage. We'll replace or refund — your choice.
